Neriak Third Gate  

This is Neriak's Third Gate, home to what may be the most evil of Neriak's inhabitants. Here, you will find the Hall of the Ebon Mask (rogue guild), Priests of Innoruuk (cleric guild), and the House of the Dead (Shadow Knight and Necromancer guilds). This area also hosts the city's library as well as one of the more infamous taverns on Antonica, the Maiden's Fancy.

There is a !High Priestest in the Cleric guild in the 3rd gate of Neriak who is like lvl 2, and has no faction but does not respond to hails and drops nothing. WHo is he and what is his point in the game?

an NPC that starts with ! is one that has been permakilled by the programmers while they work out issues with the mob (bugs, quest errors, etc). Shes up and running now.
