I was spending quite amount of time in Perma when he first started appearring. First saw him during the GM Events a week or two ago. Since we had no idea what he was talking about nor had the desire to leave Perma, we offed him (Doesn't drop anything). He only shows up on occasion. Took a screenshot of what he says, its as follows:

"Scout Janomin says: "It is a pleasure to meet you , but I do not have time to speak. I am waiting on official word from Shar Vahl. If you have been sent to assist me, please show me the Official Seal of the Khati Sha at this time. If you are not such a person, please carry on with your business and leave me to tend mine."

Also noticed he automatically would start talking periodically, similiar to Novashine in North Qeynos. Forget the message though.

Just a point. Khati Sha is Vah Shir for Beastlord. Perhaps he has something to do with the Beastlord epic? *shrug* Just a thought.

I dont think Khati Sha means Beastlord in Vah Shir... Since there IS a mob in Akheva called Khati Sha the Twisted. hehe Beastlord the Twisted.... lol
