At this time this spell is sharing a timer with tempest wind (lvl 66 version) but not winter's storm (lvl 61ish version). please /bug from in game so they will fix it. Chaining this and tempest is a huge upgrade from tempest and winter's, but this and winter's is only a 2-300 point upgrade per wave vs 5-600 point upgrade.
