Anyone know what teh difference is between this spell , and "Blood of the Martyr" ? Only difference i can see is an increased mana cost on teh level 75 one...

as you can see, the difference is that blood of the martyr has the chance to spread to other NPCs if you have multiple mobs in the camp..

For some reason this can be detrimental when powerlevelling.

We had a high DS on a druid, with a wizzy being PL'd. The druid had aggro - the mobs simply kills themselves on the druid's DS with the wizzy doing just a little damage (anything was enough to get xp).

For some reason the mobs don't aggro on the wizzy... PL'ing's easy these days :D. However when a cleric also cast this on the mobs, they did not give xp to the lower player. I suspect damage from this spell was being credited to the druid.

I use this spell frequently when pling along side druid. . . so must have been a bug cause I've not had problems with it

I'd suspect the credit was given to the cleric. The DS is a buff while this is not. So in essence, this spell allowed your cleric to out damage the wizard.
