i got this on my 60 BL. i believe the group version is limited to 61, however.

i guess that makes conviction useless now for a cleric that worked so hard on runes and raid runes..

I am suprised more peple are not cheering for this. I can finaly get a decent spell without having to take it in the shorts on price or arm wrestling over runes/random parchments. But then a chance in the future to increase the ability of named spell.
I say /clap to Sony for doing something for us non-halfway uber players.

I agree; this was the best of all possible solutions to the "Rune problem" that was introduced with GoD, and became worse with OoW.
For the longest time, I thought I'd live and die in ignominy, without a single Glowing/Ancient Rune to my name; and had I not joined a kick-**** Guild, I'd have probably stayed that way.
SOE made the mistake of making the best spells available only to raiders, and locked out every casual player in the game. When it comes to nukes/DoTs, that probably wouldn't have been such a big deal; but to buff Classes, knowing that your best group buff(s) were forever beyond your reach was mighty frustrating, and even more so to the people who came to you expecting to be buffed with such.
The new system, whereby everyone can attain at least the base level of a spell, is incredibly gratifying. Gaining a Rk. II isn't that hard; just go XP'ing and they're bound to drop. Only the Rk. III's are, once again, reserved for the ruling elite...but, considering the advantage they give is pretty minor over the Rk. II's, it's one I could live with (were I still a casual player).

All i can say is there turning EQ 1 into Eq 2 with spells ... its a discrace its just plain like WTF why ... why not get 1 of each spell instead of 3 of the same spell Why ... to **** us off is why /rant off
At first I thought it was lame that all the spells could be vedor bought, but with the 3 lvls its kinda cool. Haven't seen any drop yet but i'm guessing lvl 12 spells are frrom single group named and lvl 3 would be off raid mobs.

It stuck on me at 61

so far i have casted it on a lvl 65 bst,but maybe you cango lower.
