Duration is 3 ticks (as Nightshade is above lvl 3).
On today's encounter with him, my logs show I was hit by this spell between 5 and 20 seconds. It seems to be bugged though as I don't recall anything in the description occuring on me, and its hard to ignore a 1000 hp/mana drain constantly during the 3 minute fight!
