    Its our new PoR lvl 55 Aura. It increases the effectiveness of healing spells cast on allies nearby. Very cool looking blue bubble type effect going as well.

    on allies nearby... in group. the amount you get healed is increased reguardless if it's cast by someone outside of your group or not, but only group members get the increase benefit
