Can a 70 mage actually get this spell? I'm a 71 cleric, and i've been raised to believe that Ro missions are hard-ish. any in put from the group?

just had a 15k crit on vish last night, with 50% focus from vish cloak, fickle fire effect + a Bard. ive also gotten 5-6k crits pvp
couple questions i have:
1) "red con mobs", any mob in zone? trash mobs drop skins too?
2) how tough are the mobs? i duo a cleric and can do quite a bit (duo'ed all 3 shop keeper PoR tasks np) wondering if ill need a slower (guessing so hehe)

Got this spell today. You have to go to Devastation and loot 9 skin samples. one from each race. only the red con mobs drop the skins. the quest is automatically started as soon as you loot the first one. after collecting all 9 skins, take them to the Grand Librarian at the top of the library in PoK. hand them in to him 1 at a time. he will give you back a note for each one you hand him, after handing him all 9 then head to east cabilis and get a book binding. (maybe able to get them elsewhere but thats where i got mine). Combine all 9 pages in the book binding and receive 2 traslated (forgot the name) take those 2 translated items back to the grand librarian to receive ytour spell.
Where/How : Starts after you loot your 1st skin (any of the 9) in Devestation off of RED con mobs only.
How do you get to Devestation: I take Magus to North Ro, then run to West Freeport, head to arena, go down tunnle on other side of arena, at the T turn right, then take first left., in next room to your right will be a statue holding axe's, click it to zone in.
Names of the 9 skins:
Scarred and Tattooed Skin
Torn and Tattooed Orc Flesh
Mummified Pigmented Skin
Tattooed Shiliskin Skin
Etched Drachnid Carapace
Patch of Dyed Kobold Fur
Scarred Bolvirk Skin
Decorated Wurine Hide
Inked Evil Eye Hide
The above list should help you know what you have, and what you still need since the Mission update after you loot does not have any discription to let you know what else you need. These all drop from there respective type of mob, so you must pull and kill each of the 9 different types of mob's in zone. A good puller is a must since mobs like to traval in packs.
After collecting all 9 skins, take them to the Grand Librarian at the top of the library in PoK. hand them in to him 1 at a time. He will give you back a note for each one you hand him (be sure to have 18 open slots since you get the skin back + the note)
After handing him all 9 then you need to buy a book binding from a city of your choice ref. faction: http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=19421&menustr=035000000000.
Combine all 9 pages in the book binding and receive 2 traslated books vol 1 and vol 2. Take those 2 translated items back to the Grand Librarian, hand him both at same time. He gives back the translated books, and your new SPELL.

or just do like I did and do one of the various collection quests from rage.. collect 4 of an item from blue con mobs in dev (such as shiliskin tentacles) and you also get the spell.. much quicker than doing the whole saga skins if you only want the spell

I'd say its the next LoS Nuke we get. Look for ove 9k in crits on this one if you have all the crit aa's maxed
