If you're keeping up with the discs: get this one and Bazu Bellow: they stack, because they're on different timers. This is on the same timer as Incite, Bazu Bellow on the same timer as Bellow of the Mastruq.

Zone into the Devastation. Stay along the outer zone wall. There is a large battlefield between you and Sverag. These mobs you will hunt Kill each other on that battlefield.
Now what ever mob is in charge of the battlefield is the mob you will COLLECT 4 Items from. The items, Bloody Orc Head, Wurine Paw, Occulus, Undead Legionair's Skill ect . . . are not a common drop but not rare either, you can obtain 2-3 (but not always) before the battlefield changes hands. The mobs are mezzable by a 65-66 enchanter, are slowable and are social. be careful pulling from a group of 2-3 they will all come at you. There is a large enough area to kite should you find a single pull. All the turn in items must be the same thing, not one from different mobs. You can do the collect before you obtain the quest, (My suggestion is do so.)since the roaming mobs around the quest giver are KOS, only the quest giver is not.
The mobs you hunt are tankable by 9-10K Hps / 1600-1700 AC tank. They hit anywhere from 150-700 or so. Rarely do they ever resist slows or mezzes.
Once you have collected your 4 items Invis and move to the castle. The entrance to Sverag is on the west side and there is a camp there at the entrance that sometimes has see invis mobs present depending on what controls that camp at the moment you try to zone in to Sverag. Not all mobs in Devastation see invis. But there are some that can. Once in Sverag there is a door where you are standing, beat it down (I've not tried a Rogue on it yet but the Rogue with me beat it down anyways.) Wait for the mobs around the quest giver to roam a distance away then go to him and obtain the quest, get close to him, if you are too far away you get some dialog about proving yourself. So when you are close enough hand him the 4 looted items and get your spell or discipline.
Always a good Idea to know what mob army controls Sverag beforehand. The controlling army WILL NOT accept items collected from their own kind. My enchanter had to wait 2 days for the controlling army to change hands so she could do her turn in.
Yhe tricky part is getting past the SI mobs at the entrance to Sverag, should you die trying here is a suggestion. Once the SI attacks don't stop to fight it off keep moving to the Sverag door get as close as you can before LOADING PLEASE WAIT. Have some SoW, SoE, FoE or something on you that will get you close. Next attempt do the same and try to zone in, if successful, wait a few minutes for the mobs to clear out to the camp then zone back out to the entrance and summon ( /corpse )your corpse it should be close enough. Loot it for the items then zone back in and do the turn in. I did this part alone and was able to get into Sverag nekkid and un-invised. You can then take your chances on a train ( Oh and some mobs will SNARE you ) or you can use a gate potion and summon your corpse to the guild lobby ( I did ).

You can kite this quest if you need to. Use your best snare, and be prepared to do some antisocial training of the zone line from time to time. Don't kite the named, but the rest can be harmonied, snared, rooted, and dotted to your heart's content.
What is the difference between this skill and Bazu Bellow?

Mock: 1200 instant hate, small damage absorb recourse, timer ID 8
Bazu Bellow : 800 hate (200 a tick), timer ID 7 (although the raw data doesnt match up to me.. 5 ticks x200 =1000 /shrug)
Use both of them and you will create the same hate as one lvl 71 pally stun. :)

this disc is live. to obtain head to Devestation and loot 9 different types of skins off the RED con mobs. as u loot the first one u recieve a quest. the rest is on u

I got skill today... Its on same timer as bellow, so it replaces the incite line, also it has a recourse effect that goes into buff slot that mitigates melee, and its huge aggro, very nice

According to Lucy Skill: Mock, this generates hate by 1200. So yeah this would be an upgrade.

Will this be in the same spell line as Bazu? Will one block the others use like cyclone blocks rampage?

This is the new Agro spell for the expansion Prophecy of Ro, it is only on beta at this time.
You don't it's theoretically live, but the method to obtain it was never made live. So it appears on Lucy but not in game.
