Spam stasis. This procs on almost all VoA and below boss/raid mobs. It's freaking awesome. It won't mez them, but it will proc Deep Sleep.
Stack it with mental contortion on that crucial raid mob ... if you can score the two debuff slots....seriously.. do you want Pathosis .. -38 disease debuff or .. -35 to all skills.

It's huge.

-35 to all skills. After it's been slowed 70 percent by a chanter or shaman. Dude, that's serious awesome.

thank you for the great post, but what do you mean by spam stasis?. Also would these two AA's stack with the constriction spell chanters get to give like a negative 64 chance to hit, and negative 20% damage mod?

Enchanters get Stasis (A mez) as an AA. I forget what level they get it at. The mez doesn't land on anything pasts level 73. It refreshes every second. Deep sleep has a chance to proc any time an enhanter casts a mez.. In my chanter's case, since it's maxxed, it's a 15 percent chance to proc. During the time in between nukes I got a hotkey for the AA, and i just click it a few times, The Deep Sleep stacks with constriction.. In fact, I think it stacks with every spell an enchanter can cast, at the level you receive the AA,, and up.
