This is found on Brother Hidden Path in Undershore at neg 900 by pos 700 approximately.
Wanted to let everyone know, there are mobs that will roam close enough to this vendor that they will aggro on you. Tough mob, too.

Anyone know where to obtain this wonderful Spell?
There's a camp of friendly shiliskins on the west side of The Undershore. They are near a big tents so it's not hard to spot them.
A vendor outside the tent has all the new port spells. Name is Brother something.
