Just completed the 69 spell arc a couple days ago. About once in every 5-7 casts it procs. Soon as it procs, I cast boj or bs. boj hits can hit non-crit (with my focus effects) 7236 max what I seen none critical. I seen other mages crit for upwards of 16k. Alas, my highest crit so far was only for 10324.

This can be a very agro intensive spell... recast time on it is very very short. Watch your agro... lol

There's a 50% chance you'll do double the damage with your next cast of this one? Also you get this from doing the DoD missions.
