Ok, I have this now. I said earlier that it was a worthless spell, not true, not really false either. Its situational imo. The only true advantage this has over Psychosis is it not getting resisted like psychosis. With resistant mobs, this spell should be used. But my dps is slightly higher with psycosis when resists arent an issue. Havent hashed the numbers out on my parser yet but I dont need too. So, useful, but not all the time. Good to have when trying to burn a big name down in a pinch.
