Previous post stated spell mission 69.5 was needed. Actually, the whole arc of 69 spell missons is needed... There are only four but you need all four of them.

great disc definately a must have it beats the dance of blades aa disc easily as it lasts for longer and also adds increased damage to your criticals. definately nice if you need to burn a mob down fast in a group or if you wanna feel like a dps class on a raid it can prolly make the differenace 30 or more on a dps parse

Just gave it to my guildmaster and it definately is a discipline. :) It is on the same timer as Puretone. Reuse time is 33:45 min.

both of these point very strongly towards a disc even if it's listed as a song in some places. I have not had the chance to pick this up yet so i cannot say from my own experience.

Though I have heard a lot of people are very happy with it.

According to the DOD manual its a song but no info on how to obtain, etc. but it is suprising that its categorized as an instant.
