I know both the lvl 57 and lvl 61 spells are for sale at the DON vendor in lavastorm. Buy them with crystals. Sorry I do not remember how much they were, but I know they are there.

Its part of the new fear spells they added for all classes.

Level 57, Instinctual Fear, DoN Vendors, 75 points
Level 61, Instinctual Panic, DoN Vendors, 120 points
Level 66, Instinctual Terror, Minor Muramite Rune to Karsor the Mad

I and 2 guildies just tried to do the hand-in for the level 66 Instinctual Terror spell. I'm 66, they both 70. We all got this message from Karsor "Karsor throws the rune back at you. "What is this! We've been over this rune already!" My soul burns with fury and you are stoking the embers!""

Do we need the fear and panic versions or is the information provided here incorrect on the hand-in?
