I noticed that it says Target Type: Plant. Didnt know that type existed in the game. I know there are plant creatures though. Didnt think anything would be tagged as such. I just find that kinda odd since i havent ever seen any spells that are plant only.
There are others since Kunark expansion, like that druid's whats-its-name.
First, i would like to say that this spell very much exists...on the test server (you are given it if you /testbuff).
secondly, there is much confusion as to whether it is on live servers or not and no conclusive evidence in this thread to confirm or negate such a spell exists (notwithstanding replies prior to this post).
I will scour the land of the Seventh Hammer server, and edit this post accordingly..

I have NEVER seen this spell or anyone with it.
Toss this on the bone pile gang. It is gone. Defoliation is not worth much either. ABout hte only thing I ever use it on is the Construct of Nightmares (final Mob in teh Hedge quest). He is a giant shambling mound with 400K HP.
Beyond that. Not really used much. Your fire nukes are just as effective usually.

OK so does anyone know if this spell has come back since the last massive patch they had? Is it still unavailable or did the lvl 25 version get re-enstated?
The 29th level version of this spell does not exist anymore.
The 52nd level version still drops all the time, and can be purchased in the bazaar.

OK All,
The info above says it's a drop (loot)and if you link on the scroll picture it brings you to the loot description . In the loot description it says it drops to level 45 and higher characters . So , why not check the bazaar . Unless it's no drop . In which case , you'll have to wait for level 45 to get a level 29 spell .

I tell ya what, I have Looked constantly everywhere for this, have been to many different zones, asked in market channels, looked for weeks in bazaar everyday, sat for hours combining any and every words you could think of and came up with nothing, I HAVE GIVEN UP! and ola the one u got in Seb isnt the same one as this one. good luck to anyone who proceeds to keep looking for this, and god help you not to go insane trying, lol

Because it only costs 100 mana, and its a DD against plant type mobs, which are found frequently in zones like Gunthak, Emerald Jungle, and the Karanas. This spell functions much like the 'undead-only' line of spells that we get, which offer higher damage at a lower cost, at the restriction that they only work against undead.

From everything that I have read on various websights this spell does not exist. There is a lvl 52 version called "defoliation" very similar to defoliate so people no doubt get the 2 confused. If you go to Casters Realm they state on the spell info that the spell is not active. However I will dare anyone to prove my wrong by posting the loc of the person who sells it or the critter that drops it :)
I tell ya, Who ever figures this out and doesn't post it prob is either price gouging or just plain not niceb

This spell does not exist anymore but is still in the spell databases on websites like this one.
It used to drop on the test server for a very short time but they took it out. This was a long long long time ago. It does not exist anymore.

They probably saw Defoliation the NEC 52 spell, which seems to be a fairly common drop in high Kunark zones (Seb, BW, Trak, etc.) There are usually 5 or 6 people selling this in Baz on Luclin server.

Did you get this or the other spell (Defoliation)? I can't seem to find Defoliate anywhere and have been told it is in the log but never actually went live.
For necros this is a research spell only. Combining the words makes the scroll.

I just did a petition to find out for sure and the guide told me it still does drop.
That doesnt really help anyone if you dont provide information about where to find it, what mob it drops off of, or the like.
And I think even the Guide had this spell confused with Defoliation...damn on Sony for their confusing ly similar spell names. I am almost positive this spell doesn't exist in the game anymore.
