where do u get this at?
It's a veteran reward AA you get after having an active EQ account for one full year or prepaying a subscription for a year.
I paid for a Year subscription and i can find this in my AA's.. are you sure you dont have to play for a year of game time?
It should be under the special tab. It will be tagged Veteran Reward. I know you don't have to play for a year because my buddy bought a year right off the bat and he's only been in game for 6 months and he's had LoD since he prepaid.

Have to claim the veteran rewards.. /veteran i tink it was.. you'll only get to claim it on a few of your chars..t he number of which is dependant on how long you've been a member or prepaid for.

Hey FYI if you have it on and die you loose twice the exp. Any one know if it is 20 hours recovery in game or real life?

All refresh times on abilities are always real time. Just like the durations on buffs, casting times, etc.
20 hours On or Offline.
