You get this spell as a reward for completing the DoN missions. First you need indifferent faction, via either the solo tasks assigned at the wayfarer's camp, or from handing in Norrath's Keeper crystals that look like teardrops for faction (you get them from finishing a mission). When you have indifferent faction, talk to Chieftain Relae at the Norrath Keeper's camp (if you're on good faction of course). He'll assign you 3 tasks, then a mission. Finish them, get more faction. You'll get 3 more tasks and a small raid, finish all these and you'll get spell.

First before says u cannot mgb, try it,then come here to post the right info. thank you =).

CAn you plz update it, i confirm u can MgB it.

About use of it, as pre buff, of corse and as MGB free 1K5 hp on MGB raid, can help a lot.

Just u have 75 pct chance to die doing it, last stats i have. Wich is not a big matter if u saved 15 people or more , as well saving cleric mana pool.

I was waiting for a grp rune since so long, YAY, finally it s here. About agro, as chanter, u should know to deal with it, SCS 3 is ur friend =) (check on ur AA to find out what is if u don t know).
In a grp situation, grp rune, mob targeted, and use soothing once mob on u, i bet u won t die.

U don t have soothing, another luck, doppelganger, boggle...

U don t have doppel, go solo in fire a few and get at least 1, then u can use grp rune.

What is boggle ? well, go check on this spell data base and u ll find out ...

erm i dunno what noobs would cast group rune when you have active mobs seeing how an enchanters job is to mez em. How bout this. We use this spell to get our whole group rune instead of single casting rune on everyone. I can find good uses for this. I usually rune my whole group before doing certain MPG trials so this is really handy.

I think that was the point of this spell, for raid situations, and in many instances, if mez is not an option, and the mobs are highly magic resistant, then what else does an enchanter have to do, so targeting groups and casting this spell every so often would add A LOT of HPs to groups. But yea, it WILL drain your mana in a matter of seconds, I found that out first hand, lol! I went from full mana to less than 20% in like 20 seconds, but now I'm a bit more conservative with it.

The point of this spell is to kill the enchanter I imagine.... Self rune spells seem to cause alot of agro, so I can just imagine, group getting pounded, enchanter version of group heal incomming, all the mobs swarm the enchanter and he drops hopefully giving the others a chance to get away... But who knows, could be good during raids when your in a caster group or whatever, I am sure there are situations where it will comein handy. I just think it sucks that clerics had the peridot requirements droppped, yet we still need them.

Clerics had dots removed from our standard buff. We were the only class to have a component on our standard buff. The peridot cost on Virtue would be closer to there being a gem cost on KEI, 9 or 7. There is, however, still a gem cost for Divine Intervention (2 emeralds).

Fighting someone with a 1.5k AOE every 30 seconds, Mgbing this on your raid negates it. Then the only problem would be that your enchanters have been using their MGBS for haste and speed already. I can think of a few places this would be useful, its not complete utter trash. Prebuff with it before you know you're going to get hit with an effect.

Get ur stuff straight Nusair .. Rune of Scale (the lvl 50's version of this spell) can be MGBed and it has a can_mgb -1 in its raw data too so through use of deductive logic this spell is FULL capable of being MGBed =)

can_mgb = 0 means it can't be MGB'd
can_mgb = -1 means it can be MGB'd

It's standard binary. I'm not sure why they didn't use 1 instead of -1 though. Oh well.

MGB doesn't take additional peridots.

Casting this mid battle certainly would create huge aggro on a chanter, but hitting it before a fight could help a LOT if you are fighting mobs that spawn annoying adds, or ones that cast swarm pets. Having all clerics, wizards, druids, enchanters, necros, etc . runed at the beginning of the fight will undoubtably reduce the number of dead, or at least keep them up a bit longer, to add more dps before they die.
