Anyone Happen to know how much mana regen this has?

I just got this Robe Glowing Gossamer Robe and it comes with this effect so i was just wondering incase later on down the line i get a better robe and i end up replacing it, Do i want to keep it for the Clicky effect??

Does this stack with Maelin's Methodical Mind and other mana regen clickies? Im assumeing so because this looks more like a rune but if anyone can confirm aye or nay please post.

Just a wild guess but I bet it's the same spell line as the wizard damage absorb because of the damage absorb. Meaning it doesn't stack with beastlord SA. Meaning it will prolly stack with Maelin's Methodical Mind.
