umm, no im not sure about that, it says Lvl Over Cap. Key word Over, So i think when you lvl up to 76 you will lose 5% Like it says, 10% at 76, 15% at 77, 20% at 78, 25% at 29 and 30% at lvl 80 ((New exspansion)). So at lvl 80 if you still have this wep, and God willing there will be an Epic 3.0 You will only be doing 15%more damage as opposed to the full 40%.

I wont cry to much cause being able to get lvl 80 there should be alot better spells and also your stat caps and what not increase, get new AAs so should be ok ;). Game might be getting outta hand but at the same time i like being stronger then i was befor.

The Max Level for the Effect is lvl 75, when you reach lvl 76 the effect will drop 10% like you say above in your caculations Scsatum with higher lvl spells. it works perfectly up to lvl 75

If I am reading this correctly. At level 74 using a level 74 nuke ( ), then accourding to;

1: Increase Spell Damage by 40%
2: Limit: Max Level(70) (lose 10% per level over cap)

It does nothing for that spell correct?

The decreases in % are of the base 40%

So at level 71 you lose 10% of 40% = .1 x .4 = .04, so it drops to 36%
At level 72 you lose 10% of the 36% = .1 x .36 = .036, so it drops to 32.4%
At level 73 you lose 10% of the 32.4% = .1 x .324 = .0324, so it drops to 29.1%
At level 74 you lose 10% of the 29.1% = .1 x .291 = .0291, so it drops to 26.2%
At level 75 you lose 10% of the 26.2% = .1 x .262 = .0262, so it drops to 23.6%

This is the way I understand the level cap decreases for spells %

If I am wrong someone correct me.
