Level limit?

I'm confused by the level 75 restriction and losing 5% over that per level. Is it the mobs level or the incoming spells level that is limited.. It seems either way this would be a waste of time to get with the level cap now being 90????
#REDACTED, Posted: Jun 17 2005 at 7:44 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This effect is completely awesome, 50% to nukes, for wizzy ancient nuke that more than an extra 2k DD, so now add crits and for a raid mob where this effect helps everyone and you've got a HUGE amount of dps from just one spell, also it has a -300 resist check for chromatic so the argument it will get resisted most of the time is stupid, while I might be biased as a wizard I do feel this is one of the more useful effects on the epics and wish we had this on the wizzy epic instead.

Don't be so know it all about debuffs. Druids get a bunch of nice debuff spells and dots like
Hand of Ro
E'Ci's Frosty Breath
Sylvan's Embers
immolation of Ro, Sun

Helping all casters land fire and cold spells more effectively and Melee types by lowering a mobs armor class is just another for a druids special (and often overlooked) abilities.

As for the epics for a druid, ya they uck with an "s". Why even bother?

IT would not be bad if there werent so many restrictions.... whats the point of it? I can only think of raids and or soloing mobs that take long enough time to kill for the recast to set in.. Remove the restrictions and mabye it wouldnt be exclusions and mabye it wouldnt be half bad.

But you also forget (maybe) that Druids cast Fire nukes, so I use my Fire debuff when I use Fire nukes, and Ice debuff when casting Ice nukes. Honestly not sure if it stacks with Malos/Tash/etc. but if it can increase the damage from a nuke and reduce how much it lands it is a nice thing to have ... only bad thing is the aggro it produces, lol

Okay, this one's a bit tricky to explain...

You (A) target a MOb (B) and process the clicky. B is then "cursed" with this effect, and anyone (Z) that nukes B with any of the nukes listed as working (essentially, any single-target nuke that doesn't have any form of duration) do 5% more damage. Essentially, it's a Focus Effect that stacks with all other Focus/damage boosting effects that apply to nukes (but, as listed, this "curse" cannot hold to "Uber Giant"/"Uber Dragon" MOb types).

However, as it can only affect one MOb, and won't catch on most of the MObs you'd actually enjoy using it on (all those end-game Raid Bosses who will last long enough for it to be "useful", but will either be immune due to the exclusions, or have a pretty damned good chance to resist it, anyway), it's a pretty "disappointing" clicky. Honestly, it has its uses, but for how far in your character has to be to acquire this weapon, it'd end up being a "stat stick".

honestly, the 'restrictions' you're talking about are the same as any other DD focus, meaning you can't use the anti-dragon/giant nukes of wizards on them.

Now, tell me, how is that restriction as those nukes are outdated?
