The sk who's epic it is, gets like 85% tap from melee damage.

The rest of the group gets 50% tap from melee damage.

I had my pitiful level 21 Rogue grouped with an SK that had this. When it got triggered, every attack our entire group did had a 100% lifetap. It was friggin' awesome wasting six hours in Dulak grabbing gems by the armful.
