Base duration is now 15 minutes! With SCRM, it lasts 22.5 minutes, which is 30 seconds longer than the recast delay!

This is now a viable AA, something an Enchanter can pre-buff with before a major encounter, and keep it up! God knows, since I run 2 toons on raids, I'm often too busy switching back and forth to hunt for my AA hotkeys; being able to have it up prior to engaging will make things much easier.
