I think I saw somethin awhile back about all the werewolf illusions in the game being made to look the same as the werewolf shroud. Including the ones cast by items like Lute of the Howler. Anyone able to say for sure if that's true? I unlocked the werewolf shroud specifically because of the new look. If Lute of the Howler casts it too, I may have to go thru the trouble of camping for that thing for my bard.

This seems to be a great Chanter melee buff. Its long-term Haste, Strength, and Atk buff.
Boon of Garou is the same illusion, though different effects. (Less Atk, no Haste, no Str, +100 Dex, adds a lifetap proc. You'd want to use a normal Str buff and a normal Haste buff along with Boon of Garou on others, or, yourself.)
If you really do want to give this to others, remember there's an AA ability later on which allows this. ("Project Illusion" maybe?) Still, by this point, you'd probably want to give the upgrade to Boon of Garou to tanks instead, along with your vastly improved Haste and Strength buffing abilities.

I know this isn't the same spell but it's not on the list, i just bought a spell called Illusion: scalewolf castable at level 44 in the bazaar. I can't wait to get to level 44 and use it now :)

Raine Beteria is not in the guild hall where most of the other enchater spells are sold. She is on the second floor of the Erudin City Library, which is the big round building in the middle of the first area of Erudin just after zoning in from Toxulia. She is at LOC -1048, -216, +67
Searched high and low for this Raine Beteria - am even a ranger with mastered tracking skills, nonetheless could not find her anywhere on the tracking list. Was able to find someone with the same last name, but he just sold general spells and was standing sorta in the middle, between all the caster guilds. Still could not find this person. Was able to find a vendor with a bunch of illusion spells, but sadly this one was not among them. (Spirit Wolf yes, Werewolf no)
Please state the name of the merchant who you have purchased this spell from, where he/she was standing, was the vendor a roamer, and a loc would be beautiful. Thanks!

Does this illusion stack with other hastes? Is this considered a spell haste? Because if it stacks with other hastes, when I get high enough I can use my AA ability to cast this illusion on the MT for the 40% haste/STR/ATK buff... stack that with all the other hastes, that would be AWESOME for the added 40%. It may just be a daydream, but if it works I have a good idea for raids that I'll be in, if I ever get that high that is...

No it doesnt stack with other 'spell' hastes. It will howerever, just like other 'spell' hastes, stack with Bard overhaste songs, and item (worn) haste. You do still get the atk & str bonus still.
Edit:
Btw it wont stack with ranger atk buffs, or the Avatar line. (not that its a problem, because they all work out the same + to atk if str is maxxed)

There is a person in the erudin libarary that sells this with a buncha other illusions. He / she (not sure) is kinda in a corner if i remember right. Erudin libaray is the big place in the middle of the city.

Yep, the Spell: Illusion: Werewolf is in the Erudin Library, 2nd Floor on an NPC named Raine Beteria.
