When you scribe this spell it breaks into two and relocates into the two first open spots in your spell group. The scribed icons are

Dissident Paroxysm 1 -- level 250. It cannot be loaded into the gem bar.
Dissident Paroxysm -- level 106. The ladder to the spell gem bar is Taps / Duration Taps.
