i believe with the new patches you can now buy this 20-24 pet spells in pok at elementalist siewth or research them.

Actually, as of today, the only Summoning level pet she has is Earth. Water, Air, & Fire will either have to be from OOT vendor (If she has them), or researched.

Where do i find the lvl 20 fire spell though?

[i]to do the research of this spell you need. Words of Dimension, Jade shard, and the Lesser summoning fire spell Level 20 and combine into Elemental Grimoire. success depends on research skill Level. not sure what it trivials at though. Good Luck.
