for 120 radiant crystal u can buy a spell that is called serpent spine lvl 61 ranger that is the same as entagle or embrace entagle if not better the serpent says it is harder to for your oppent to resist

Where do you find this spell ?
I "think" this is a EP turn in... not sure. On the other hand, there is no data for this spell on Lucy.
At the same time, there is no difference between this spell, and Ensnare (dru29/rng51) other than the cast time. Ensnare is 1.75s and Entangle is listed at 3.0s.
This may be a mistake, or it may be associated with NPC's and/or items only. It may also have something to do with the latest expansions. It's hard to say.
So, at this point... don't worry about this spell. The level 29 version (or 51 for you arrow flingers) is still superior... at least according to the data given above.

Its one of the new PvP snares. They added higher lvl snares so when it compared spell lvl versus targets lvl they had a chance of landing.
