This gives 0.05 more damage per mana point than Scorpion Venom. Both are poison, so they won't stack.
Why would I get this if I have Burning Afflication IV, but not V?

interesting that it doesn't stack with scorpion venom--i have turepta blood, which is also poison based, and it stacks just fine with scorpion venom.
is it a slot type thing that it won't stack with the rest of our poison line-up?
