I Could not locate any of these three NPCs and none of the NPCs in either town that sell spells carried this spell.

make and alt, go to get your spell, put it in sharred bank, problem solved

these sold anywhere else? cuz im KoS in qeynos and so far havnt found any other place with the spell's
I think I picked this up from GoD at the Sea off the mage vendor.

You will love this spell. Summons a stack of 20 black breads. No more casting summon food over and over, or buying food. This and everfount were in the front of my spell book until Gift of Xev at 51 (which gives you 20 bread, 20 water, 20 bandages in a 10 slot WR backpack!)
You can buy this from one of the merchants at the herb shop in Qeynos. Otherwise you will need to research it.
