Not sure about this one, but the 1hs had the dmg increased from 10 to 12. That's it.
ALSO the +hp is now +75 instead of +50 as the 61-63 weaps
proc is also increased in dmg
can someone post a pic with stats/effects please. these new toys better be upgrades, since tiny procs only give agro on big mobs, not much dmg.
