on mobs that are not resistant to fire and cold, this is a great spell to weave with Tears of the Sun (lvl66 fire rain). some good dps that isn't as agro intensive as our larger nukes for times when the MT is a little on the suck side
only complaint is that the resist modifier cld be a little higher. (like 50 wld be nice)

Maby its 1168 per wave? If not this would be a super sucky spell for lvl 70 and another waste of a Hard to get Rune/mana/spell slot.

a 70 lvl rain doing same damage as my best 65 lvl rain
Keep in mind these spells arent final... if they are, then SoE better be putting in some incredibly good/cheap AA.
