Does anyone know if this is going to stack with the traditional Agi buffs like Wrulan? Or are they becomming obsolete with this!?

it stacks with agi buff.
Most people doing all the high end stuff in game usually have their stats maxed from their gear..which makes Sta and Agi useless except as a junk buff. This will be a nice addition cause everyone will be able to benefit from it.
Well, I'm glad when it is cast on me, I'm a 68 cleric and unless I'm in WOS or higher, I off tank alot if the tank isn't gettin eaten alive (I'm a cleric). At 3 A.M. pacific on a weekday, you group whith whatever you can. I can tank mobs in BOT easily with a slower. Not every group has the ideal makup of all classes and the additional damage avoidance is nice.

Useless? The stat caps have been raised 50pnts. There are spells to up them another 120 or so. I would say most people will not be capped currently.

With good gear its easy to cap. Even pre-OoW, a well-equiped tank will max their STR and DEXT without buffs.

uhhh. i maxed out easy at 70... just like at 65, but anyway, very nice spell line. love it.
