Forms an ancient alliance over your target, placing a healing rain over them when other Shaman, Cleric, or Druid heals (between levels 96 and 115, with a minimum healing value of 5000) land on that target once every $12 seconds.
If %L heals are received in that time, it will trigger a fulmination consisting of an even larger healing rain. |
