For the record, this spell shares a recast timer with the Prophecy of Ro level 70 nuke (Scorched Earth), rendering it fairly useless if you already have Scorched Earth scribed. =/

Yup ranger spells after 60 suck. Look at level 61 LOL counter disease and poison and magic... ooooo. Then we get a kick ass spell at 60 that 4 of of our best spells wont stack with...

Actually, if you look up the spells and do a little math, you'll find that the kick ass level 60 spell replaces the four others that don't stack with it, and has a longer duration. If you add up the totals it comes up a tad short in ac...think it was 17, but is way better in attack. HP and DS stay the same. It's been awhile, so I don't remember the exact numbers now, but you get the point. This is a very very cool spell, as it frees up some spell slots and greatly reduces the time you spend memming and recasting buffs. It's one of my favorite spells so far.
If you take a look at the spell list you'll see better versions of the 4 spells being added at 61 through 64, then another all-in-one at 65. I thank Sony for these all-in-one kick @$$ self buffs every time I buff.

aren't the ancient spells dropped in vex thal?
The level 60 ancient spells (that are from the Luclin era) are in VT.

i think it is ridiculous how much rangers get screwed with spells. this one and many others in particular. i mean look at most our spells, they dont even stack and or override each ohter. thats lame

They are both GoD spells. One is a turn in the other; this one is likely a drop and therefore a touch better.
The other possiblility is that Maybe the Ancient burning Chaos is a magic or cold based DD....despite the graphic....wioth the lack of conformed info....I'm not singing off on the details of this spell as yet
Not that it makes it any easier to get since the Taelosian Geomancy stone is a KT drop....Rangers keep soldiering on.

Rangers always get shafted on spells. This is still EQ and your still a ranger thats what you missed. Sure we can shoot a bow like no one but tunare forbid we ever have to cast a freakin spell, other then one more self only something or another that just gets overidden.
