Anyone know if these spells are drop or no-drop?

yes, to get this spell you have to hand in a Chaos Runes to Reyfin Malakwa. The rune you turn in and the spell you get from it will be nodrop.

Druids have better than ID4 - I have +35% cold damage on one of my Time drops and the same for fire on another. My highest crit on Sylvan Fire has been 4006 (no Bard song) so I am sure this spell will have well over 4K crits.

Actually, there's a few guilds past Uqua (the actual name of the zone, not "aqua").
With Sylvan Fire, I could, on occasion, get a 4500ish crit.
I have this spell and I can get 4k+ crit consistantly.
The runes for these spells drop in Qvic.

With Sylvan Fire, I could, on occasion, get a 4500ish crit.

I have friends in aqua that wipe all the time on normal mobs that hit for over 3k no less the named that hit for 5-7k. They have not seen a single one of the new anceint spells and there is no guild past aqua yet so whoever is saying they have this is lieing.
