is this an axe or hammer? makes more sense as an axe.
Hey altaika thanks for all the info it really helps. Now just get to lvl 65 to do all the other abilities.
Steel Axe

This is called the Tome of Steel Axe.
Under combat skills (alt c) it's called Steel Axe.
This tome can be aquired from the main floor of the library in POK and in Ship City outside of Nedaria's Landing.
Give it(and all tomes and disciplines) to your GM (use the find button to find GM's and Tome Merchants) to learn the skill.
When skill is used it consumes one "Basic Axe Componnets" and produces a stack of 20 Steel Axes.
Steel Axe stats are:
MAGIC ITEM NO DROP
Slot: RANGE
Skill: Throwing Atk Kelay: 29
DMG: 8
WT: 1.0 Range: 125 Size: LARGE
Class: BER
Race: ALL
