What is the resist based off of. I have 1100 AC 200+ MR and all others 100+ and I've never resisted this. Is it unresistable?
I would also like to know what the resist is based upon - what does the Resist: (-17) mean? Meaning are their any debuffs that can be done to the mob to lower their resistance to this snare? Or mobs who have certain higher resistances that this doesn't work on very well?

Uses rage axe...but you also have to use a bonesplicer for your head pummel

I am trying to locate this tome, I have tried PoK, Abysmal Sea, and East Commonlands.
Has anyone found it and where can i locate it?

1. Get Your Stone to Gate to Nedaria's Landing.
2. Once at Nedaria's Landing wait for "Thorn of Tides" Boat to dock.
3. Take Boat to Abysmal Sea where you can open your "Find" search box and find Tome's for sale.

FYI for those of you who didn't know, because I didn't. Nedaria's landing is the new zone (11/03), located off Jaged Pine Forest.
This is called the Tome of Diversive Strike.
Under combat skills (alt c) it's called Diversive Strike.
This tome can be aquired from the Ship City outside of Nedaria's Landing and other various locations I'm unaware of.
Give it(and all tomes and disciplines) to your GM (use the find button to find GM's and Tome Merchants) to learn the skill.
When used consumes one Blunt Axe.
Tome of Diversive Strike stats:
MAGIC ITEM NO DROP
Charges: 1
Level Needed: BER(24)
Skill: Throwing
Mana Cost: 0
Combat Effect: Aims a blunt axe at yoru opponents vitals, causing them to bleed for a short time
WT: 0.1 Size: SMALL
Race: All
When used in combait it will state A "mob" is confused.
