If you cannot find a merchant anywhere, and you are on a progression server, check out destef.dyndns.org/spells and select whichever server your game is on. so far it goes up to Luclin, but the rest may be hidden. But this site only tells you where to find the spell; and if you cannot find the spell, it probably is not on the expansion you selected. Since this site(allakhazam) tells all the details about a spell, *except which expanion it is*, this site is useful and reliable. the only problem is that somtimes merchants just dont show up in Find window. if this happenses, have you ever wondered about the symbols on you compass? the + and -, like +-, -+, ++, --, ++. well, have you ever typing in /loc or /location? in you text window, it will say: Your current loaction is ???,???,??? now do not be fooled, those numbers are different in different places. there is always a point in every zone that is 000,000,000. now for now ignore the third number; it is altitude and really only matters when you are in a leveled zone, with stairs and pits and stuff, or going up on hills or somthing. but for now we ignore the third number. if you are at 000,000 then if your compass says E + N - W then if you go north, then since there is a - sign after the N, then the second number goes down. since there is a + before the N, the first number goes up. so if you go north, your location will change, to maybe 367,-367. so in summary, if the - or + after the N, W, S, E, alters the second number. if the - or + is BEFORE the N, E, S, W, it alters the first number. now ZAM tells you what location the merchant 'spawns' at, you can use the navigational tools I just told you about to find a merchant. going up changes the third number. so find the merchant on destef.dyndns.org, then come to ZAM and find where that merchant spawns. though this is especially difficult in zones like freeport, or any city really. since they only tell wher you are, not what route to take to get to the other location you watn to get to. i hope this helps!

    You raise some good points.

Users can help with some of this:

-post under a spell scroll (the actual item you mem) when it is available on progression in a post that says what Progression server you are playing on and what era it is in. This is important as they keep changing things...

-Post under the NPC where you found it. /loc is great, as is "verbal directions". Sometimes an NPC is very close to an NPC you can use find to get to. This can be helpful, especially for a place like the revamped Freeport where NPC have been moved around a bunch and era-locked since it was revamped.

If people tell us the era a spell scroll is locked behind we can flag it that way... doesn't hurt the info in respects to live servers (they all buy it in PoK anyway right?)

For example, Leering Corpse spell scrolls are now both (?) flagged as required Kunark.

You Play an Undead Class! repeat after me,,, better off dead, better off dead, ....
Ok summon your pet and let it die. Practice doing this alot and keep a stack of bone chips. Better yet kill mobs that drop bone chips and you can let your pet die indefinetly. The undead pet is meant to die, it is destiny.. don't fight it. And now a moment of silence ,,,, ,,, ,,,, .... .. ....

Here are some recommended things to improve your pet, everything listed minus the pet summoning focus stacks. Some of the spell cannot be cast on this pet, but there are lower lvl spells with similar but lesser values. I believe the Mage items you can put on any pet(maybe not the belt.)

Rune of Death (Augment death I think is 1st)
1: Increase Attack Speed by 70%
    2: Increase STR by 65
    3: Increase AC by 18

PET Focus Item (highest focus only, no stacking)
    Diamond Prism of Companionship
    Focus Effect: Summoner's Boon
1: Increase Pet Power, unknown value (15%)
    2: Limit: Max Level(65)
    3: Limit: Min Level(59)

15% of 4000 is +600HP not to mention the other stats that are increased like ATK

Gloves of Dark Summoning (Vex Thal) for +20% =+800HP
    Cherished Companion Shard for +25% = +1000HP

    Mage items:

    1X Girdle of Magi`Kot
    Slot: WAIST
    STR: +15 DEX: +15 STA: +15 AGI: +15
    HP: +500
    WT: 0.1 Size: SMALL
    Class: ALL
    Race: NONE

    1X - Summon Phantom Plate
Looks like a bag of armor, give each piece to pet individually. Adds +76 to AC and doesn’t need refreshing and cant be dispelled. Stacks with Virtue and Temp. Stacked With Spirit Armor its +96 AC

    1X Muzzle of Mardu
    Slot: FACE
Effect: Haste (Worn)(no stack with Rune of Death but good for when RD fades and your out of mana)
    WT: 0.1 Size: SMALL
    Race: NONE

    2X Fist of Ixiblat
    Fire DMG: 3
    +50 HP's
Effect: Wrath of Fire (Combat) - Decrease Hitpoints by 22 (L1) to 150 (L65)
    Classes - All
    Races - None

1X Elemental Blanket - great non-dispel able stat buff that stacks with spell resists
    AC: 1
SV FIRE: +15 SV COLD: +15 SV MAGIC: +15
    WT: 1.0 Size: MEDIUM
    Class: ALL
    Race: ALL

Cleric Spell Virtue +1400HP and +72AC

    Shaman Spell
Focus of Soul - +544HP and +70 Dex appears to improve pet life tapping
1: Increase Max Hitpoints by 544
2: Increase HP when cast by 544
    4: Increase STR by 75
    5: Increase DEX by 70

Endurance of the Boar +60 STA increases max HP

OR if you give your shaman some emeralds he can cast:
    Avatar 60+
    3: Increase ATK by 100
    5: Increase AGI by 100
    6: Increase STR by 100
    7: Increase DEX by 100
    Ferine Avatar 65 (no component)
    3: Increase ATK by 140
    5: Increase AGI by 140
    6: Increase STR by 140
    7: Increase DEX by 140

    Enchanter Spell
    Speed of Vallons
    2: Increase AGI by 52
    3: Increase DEX by 33
    4: Increase ATK by 41
5: Increase Attack Speed by 68% (Spell stacks with Rune of Death but not haste)

So far I've found halberds to be the best, with the pet consistently doing between 16 and 20 points per strike
