This adds to the slacking DPS that Pallies muster thru only dmg stuns and our 50 DD nuke. It adds a proc that affects ALL creatures not just undead like previous procs.
sorry but a 30 upgrade proc spell is just retarded. They could have made this a stun proc or something.

I am looking at this spell through Pally's spell list. If u are a pally u get an amazing horse through your AA's so save your money.
Not sure if you are still checking for replies, but there is no "best class" in this game.
If you are looking for best horse, just buy most expensive, or loot one from Emporer in Ssra, or Lord Inquisitor Seru, or a number of other Luclin mobs who drop bridles.

Found out that a Stonemite named Ancient Kayserops drops this, a 65 lvl mob.
He is found in Sewers of Nihilia - Purifying plant.

Where do u get this last proc spell at? Any info would be great.
I am guessing it is dropped some where in GoD expansion.
Many of the spells I am seeing from GoD are NO DROP.

This spell is listed as Spell Type: Benificail. But it does damage. Doesn't that mean its detrimental?

It adds a buff which makes you proc a spell to do damage. If they implement it, it will be the 3rd in the line... Divine Might and Pious Might were the last two, doing 65 and 150 dmg respectively. This one apparently does 180 dmg with a (-55) modifier to the resist.
