This spell offers a 4.02 HP/Mana ratio where the POP Infusion spell is only 3.6 hp/mana ratio. Basically, it is more efficient than the POP version.
Well folks, OoW has been out for a couple of weeks now and most of us don't even have all of the new spells from GoD. Welcome to more spelless levels :-( More effort should have been made into making GoD spells slightly easier to attain. This was supposed to be an expantion for 45 - 55 people and we were lied to. The least that can be done is making these no drop like the PoP ones or SOMETHING. Sony you need to work on your customer faction and find some forgivness for what you have done to this game since you people have taken it over.
I feel your pain been 65 for quite a while now and I still don't have them, but that is probably because they are not soloable and I am guildless atm

This spell heals for 1925, not 2100
new lucy changes have it now healing 2100, which is prob why it says that right now. Change hasn't went live yet though.

Lucy locates the "Sylvan" line of spells (druid ,ranger and some procs or NPC) on test server for now.
The greatest probability is that those spells are part of the next expansion Gates of Discord and are listed here a bit in advance due to Lucy now being owned by allakh :o)
