This spell must come in two versions. The beastlord version is not available from Giddori in CR. If you look close, beastlord is not listed under class and it won't let you scribe it into your spellbook. I bought the proper version in POK from Mystic Pikor, same spell except beastlord IS listed on this one. I didnt check any of the other vendors so buyers beware. 8)

So this spell removes a spell from target's memory?
This spell removes a spell effect from your target, not the targets memory of the spell. So, if you came across a mob with a damage shield you could cast this and keep your tank or pet, from burning, poking or... tormenting, his hands.

This spell is great for pulling a mob; it doesn't seem to have much if any social aggro to it.
Spell is sold by the clockwork merchant selling general spells. The merchant is standing near Nonnie Texaker at loc +1072 -1000.

This spell attempts to remove one magic based spell from your target.
If you target yourself, will it go after detrimental spells before your buffs, or will it just start at spell position 1 and work its way back?

I put a disease based dot on myself and had a friend cast cancel magic on me over and over and it took off my buffs but not the dot.
Just a guess but I believe it's because the Dot is diseased based and not magic based. Hope that helps a little.
