This all fine and good, but 30hp (3 per tick) is not very useful at level 20 or higher. The Upgrade to this is not until level 63 (when it is 100 per tick). Maybe they could give us some in between so we can maybe do some soloing from time to time, without having to sitting and recover for 20 minutes between fights. I suggest abilities like this every 5 levels or so we can solo. (hopefully SOE will read this)

I hear ya on that... but SOE might be scared that.... that would attract more players to everquest or something .. I honestly can't tell how these people think
