This will increase your weapon damage output by 2.25x. This does NOT increase anything but weapon damage, so it does not increase flying kicks or tail rakes or DD procs (obviously). So if you are doing 400 dps with your h2h weapons or 2hb, this will increase to ~900 dps for the duration.
For max dps, it does not matter the weapon speed of your weapon, only ratio. A slower weapon does NOT benefit more from this than a fast weapon (test 18 speed vs 30+). So when you use this, just use your best weapon.

compared with lv57 disc:hundredfists you can see this disc use another timer!!!

This discipline lowers the actual delay of your weapons for a short period of time. It is unaffected by haste (which is to say, it is calculated before haste) and haste will still be calculated to your delay afterwards.
I would assume it is better than Hundred Hands in terms of the amount lowered.

Two questions here. First of all what exactly does hundred hands effect do? hit modifier? dmg modifier? haste modifier? Second of all is there any difference at all between this disc and hundred fists disc? from what I could see in lucy spell view, raw spell data, and here they look exactly the same except you get this 6 lvl's later
