Lava Storm is a level 32 wizard spell and is craftable and sells for 25 to 40 plat in the bazaar. Runes to make it appear to cost more than buying the spell. Rune of Solusek Ro currently selling on Bertox server for 50 to 100 plat.

You need the rune of Concussion, Solosek Ro and Cyclone for this spell. Also, if you click on the spell scroll under scroll info, it will tell you which runes you need, just to let you know.
