This should be flagged as Planes of Power, as I was able to buy it the second Planes hit on Mangler.

I love this disc..It may not seem like much of an improvement statistically speaking but it really is. Using Gomdurig,my best is a 1109 crit with thieve's vengeance. I havent been using it long, i'm hoping this will increase.

You can buy it from Blane Darkblade, gnome, first balcony up from main floor in PoK library. I could not find him on list of PoK bestiary but he is there.
