Im still a little foggy about this. Was elated when when i first saw this then saw the 2 min. duration and the 1 hour recast. How would one use this? What for? Its only 2 min? Im so confused.

When they really, really need to arrow the crap out of something.

Because having a 105% increase in archery damage for hours straight wouldn't be fair, so they made it two minutes.

Yes. Much better than the 18 seconds that some classes get for some of their dsiciplines, wouldn't you say?

it says it effects melee check and damage modifier. anyone know if this has any effect if you melee, and not just for the bow?

Sold by Keshyk Wardorn on the first floor of the library in PoK. Take the left hand door and u will see him.
Can also buy your Discipline Tomes in the East Commons tunnel.

4050 is the number of seconds it takes before this discipline becomes available for use again (not counting any modifiers - if any).
4050 seconds equates to 1:07:30 or just little over one hour.

Even more happy since each disc got it's own timer. End of no using trueshot to save disc for an hypothetic weapon shield use "in case things go bad" :o)
