This mez, with the added Twincast self-buff proc, is actually superior to the "pure" mez for this level enchanter, Bewilder. They have the same resist adjustment and cast time. Bewilder's duration is 20s longer but this spell's 1m5s duration (that's for a 105 enchanter with Mez Mastery AA level 3/4) is plenty of time. I'm keeping them both loaded for awhile until I see if there's any downside to this spell. The Category shown is PB AE but it is single target; I think this classification is just to indicate that it won't mez the caster.
