This makes no sense. The low end is weaker than lower levels of the Tash line and the high end has a level indicator (L101) lower than the spell's level.
Since the previous level Tash spell peaks at 152 reduction to MR, I would guess this should probably read something like:
Decrease Magic Resist by 153 (L102) to 160 (L105).
The AA Bite of Tashani reduces MR by as much as 80 for the third level, which isn't nearly as good and since it's AOE with a range of 50, it could definitely be a bad thing to cast in a dungeon. So it looks like there's no replacing a spell slot for Tash with an AA...
