this is true if attacking only one mob, if 2 or 3 present will do 60 on each.

To answer your question...

No, this spell does not divide its damage among all it targets.

All targets within its radius (whether friend or foe) will recieve the full 60 points of poison damage (minus resists).

But...

This spell has a worse damage per mana ratio on a single target than Tainted Breath (Shaman's lowest ratio DoT) but if a second MoB (or more) is present to take the damage, it jumps to a damage/mana ratio that is higher than Envenomed Breath (@lvl 24)

Therefore...

The key to this spell is making sure you're using it on crowd of MoBs... if you're soloing singles, or your group is single pulling MoBs, don't bother with spell unless the MoB has to be dead now... and I mean now... as this spell isn't very mana efficient on single MoBs.
