Anyone know if this is a 1.0 second like Alla suggests or is it a 0.0 stun like lucy suggests? Also does this have a limit to lvl 55 mobs that some of the other stun procs do in the same line?
I don't know about this one, but the planar stun proc on the Blade of Disruption works up to 65, so there are stun procs out there higher than 55. Now, that being said... most TRASH in OoW is above that. NOT good.
I couldn't tell you, because the stun has been resisted on every mob I've fought since getting the claws with this effect.
This really makes me mad. Something I looted in Riftseekers has an effect that has no effect on BoT mobs...or lower. I think the level 55 stun max needs to be changed somehow, and if not that, then change the effect on the claws, becuase at the moment they really don't do well with that proc. As it stands now I'll never be fighting anything of imporance that will be succeptable to the effect on this weapon.
